We always seek to uncover new and interesting investment projects. In Gyda Holding AS, the environmental issue is a highly important factor in our decision making process and whether or not to proceed with a project.
A very exciting collaboration is our partnership with EC Pacific Ltd., whom by a joint venture with Gyda Holding AS formed EC Norway AS in 2008. The company’s purpose is to market a technology for cleansing wastewater, by electrocoagulation. The technology is produced by EC Pacific Ltd., based in Australia. We are now in the process of implementing this technology into the offshore market, by collaborating with a market leading company within wastewater treatment in Norway.
Gyda Holding is also in the early stages of establishing a project in producing geothermal energy. Using the earth’s heat and transforming it in to energy is already a known technology. However, besides studying the economical aspect, there are many ways to make this process a more environmental friendly one.
Gyda Holding AS is a partner in Verksgaten 54 AS, a real estate company whom own and supply office- and parking rental. Besides several investment projects towards both real estate and offshore companies, Gyda Holding also invest and participate in various other real estate projects.
